Fast and processed food has taken the place of healthy eating habits. People find it easy to order this type of food that brings nothing but harm to the body. Junk food causes obesity, laziness,  and an increase in diseases.

If you want to live a healthy life, it's important to eat healthy foods. Natural products are the best source to improve your health.

We should always keep in mind that we are what we eat.

Posters were designed and made by students from several different classes.  Some of the posters had interactive games and activities while others were more informative.  Students were asked to use their creativity to inspire the rest of the school to eat healthy for an entire week!
