It is nice for me when I receive invitations to things from students I had a very long time ago. I get invites to graduations, weddings and just the other day I received a picture of a new baby a student I had years ago sent me. It's very special.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The number one quality, in my opinion, is enthusiasm. Show me you are excited to teach here. Be up to date on technology. If I have two teachers that interview equally I will hire the one that has extra experience with technology or has the training I will not have to send them for. If they already know how to conduct dibels for example, that's a plus</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I would let teachers teach. They pile on new things for teachers to do all the time. If the educational system wants to add more to the school they should provide the staff to do so and not expect the teachers to just keep taking on more.</div>]]></description>
