I get invites to graduations, weddings and just the other day I received a picture of a new baby a student I had years ago sent me. If I have two teachers that interview equally I will hire the one that has extra experience with technology or has the training I will not have to send them for. My original major in college was accounting. I was afraid to go into teaching because the pay is so low. I changed half way through college.
