   This is important because it helps tourists feel safe and satisfied, and it also improves the reputation of the country's tourism industry. Another thing is that tourism lodging businesses must keep a registration system for guests. They need to record information like the guest’s name, identification number, entry and exit dates, contact information, and the room number. I think this is important because it helps with security, organization, and control of the guests in the hotel or lodging place.

   Another thing that caught my attention is that if a hotel cannot respect a confirmed reservation, it must find another hotel of similar quality and pay for the guest’s transportation. I think this is interesting because it helps protect tourists and makes sure they receive good service.
