Prepare a presentation about someone that you are grateful for (not a family member), tell us how this person helped you and how they affected your life. This person can be a stranger, a friend, teacher. Why should we remember to show appreciation, even if it for the smallest thing?

Think about the life skills you have already learned so far in your life, and the life skills you still want or need to learn in the future.

Life skills help us in many areas of life, such as:

- Social skills (communication, teamwork, empathy, cooperation)

- Personal skills (confidence, self-control, responsibility, problem-solving)

- Educational and practical skills (time management, organisation, decision-making, leadership)

- Ask yourself:

Which life skills help you work well with others?

Which skills help you manage your time, schoolwork, and responsibilities?

Which skills help you become more confident and independent?

Finally, think about this question:

If we did not have life skills, how would it be possible for us to become independent adults?
