Computers are very designed machines, are divided by two parts. The software and the Hardware. The Software refers to the programs which are the simple instructions, which tell the device what to do or what to elaborate. The Hardware is more elaborate and more physical because it contains the mechanical, the electrical and the electronic components. According to these components, it can be called input, output, storage devices, and system units. 

 

The computer is also composed by a microphone, which is an input to the audio, it can be installed on a computer or it can be connected on a port. To record it, the computer needs to have a sample software that is integrated inside the system that allows the voice to be saved on a disk file.

The information processing is composed of users, producers, software, hardware, and data. It helps us to obtain useful information for several things, as well as communication. This helps us a lot in different ways, but also has a lot o benefits to the technology nowadays, this information processing makes our lives easier. Information systems, computers and humans have the same information processing.

 

Information systems have input, processing, output and storage functions, it provides useful and understandable information and it presents as a report or document that saves so when we have to use it or need it, that will be already stored.
