"Schrödinger's cat: a cat, a flask of poison, and a radioactive source are placed in a sealed box. If an internal monitor (e.g. Geiger counter) detects radioactivity (i.e. a single atom decaying), the flask is shattered, releasing the poison, which kills the cat. The Copenhagen interpretation of quantum mechanics implies that after a while, the cat is simultaneously alive and dead. Yet, when one looks in the box, one sees the cat either alive or dead, not both alive and dead. This poses the question of when exactly quantum superposition ends and reality resolves into one possibility or the other." - Schrödinger's cat, Wikepedia

They intertwine by saying that the cat is either dead or alive. If one answer is observed, an alternate reality may show the opposite. The many worlds interpretation shows that everything that happens will constantly create a new alternate reality, with every other possibility.

Q3 – Is the Universe driven by Conscious observers? (How do you know anything happened without measurements, or without anything seeing it?)

“every interaction a quantum particle makes can collapse its state. Careful analysis reveals that the Schrodinger Cat "experiment" would play out in the real world as follows: as soon as the radioactive atom interacts with the Geiger counter, it collapses from its non-decayed/decayed state into one definite state. The Geiger counter gets definitely triggered and the Cat gets definitely killed. Or the Geiger counter gets definitely not triggered and the cat is definitely alive. But both don't happen.” - wtama.edu. This shows that our reality everything isn't driven by conscious observers, however the superposition state is about a reality that we cannot see, which basically decides probability and chance.

The cat is in a superposition, therefor it’s probability of death or life isn’t known yet. In the reality of superpositions, it is alive and dead, while the cat in our reality has already chosen its fate. But in an alternate reality, the cat may have a different state, while both cats are connected, as they are exactly the same, and in the same superposition.

Q5 – Why doesn’t the Schrödinger's equation correspond with the real world?

Because Schrödinger's equation is based in a different reality (superposition reality), and doesn’t correspond with our reality, rather it decides the probability and fate, rather than being dead and alive at the same time. Our chances are based off of this reality, but never the same.
