  • Permite continuar aprendiendo y formándose a aquellas personas que por razones laborales, lugar de residencias, edad, etc., no pueden acceder a estudios presenciales. 
  • Flexibilidad y organización. Gracias a las diversas herramientas que pone a nuestra disposición, el alumno puede organizar su proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje en función de su disponibilidad, es decir, puede estudiar cuando y donde quiera.
  • Ahorro. Muchos de los cursos, másteres o postgrados online son muchos más económicos que presenciales.
  • Tecnología e interactividad. Considero que muchos de los cursos online o máster como el que estamos realizando, ofrecen al alumnado la oportunidad de desarrollar conocimientos y aprender a emplear herramientas tecnológicas que desconocían y resultan realmente atractivas, motivando así al alumnado a experimentar, investigar, indagar, etc. Es decir, ofrece elementos que no son brindados en una enseñanza presencial.

Los procesos de comunicación e interacción son decisivos para favorecer un ambiente emocionalmente aceptable que contribuya al logro de los objetivos de aprendizaje.
