There is no opportunity for people to demand changes or even voice what they believe is an issue. 

Another issue with an Autocracy is that people that live in that country tend to be fearful because they are expected to obey the rules and if not they will receive punishment and nobody is sure what the leader is capable of, so it leaves people scared of there lives inside their own country.
