The wolverine is a offensive play we use to try and move around and find a open man. 
1-3-1 is a offensive play and it can also be used as a full court press. 
14 is a play similar 1-3-1 that we use during the game. 
box 1 and box 1 is a play we use when we are on offense or we can use it for defense. 
Motion is another play we use during the game 
the group cheer helps hype up the teams before the games

Seventeens are very hard timed sprints that the players get threatened with in order to better motivate the team to do better and play harder

Main goal is to guide the team to victory in a game. By carrying out these plays the team is more likely to win.
