I'm Ma'am Dianne Liwayway. I've been teaching for about 16 years now. I'm a proud graduate of NEU from Elementary to College and currently taking up Master of Education Major in Science Education. I teach full-time in the Integrated School as a Science teacher of Grade 6 students and also the Science Subject Coordinator of the  Grade school Department. 
I spent most of my time reading books, especially science related so that I am always updated. 
But I still have time to take a break. I love to travel and watch movies or series. I also read novels. I have dogs and I'm also a plantita. 
What usually makes me relax is whenever I try to fix broken stuff. Like broken electronic gadgets or appliances.

Why did I chose Education course? 
Actually education is not my dream course,when I was in elementary I dream to become a flight attendant so when I graduated in Senior highschool , I enrolled Tourism course in Bestlink ,suddenly I just finished my 1st semester in that course because my mother talk to me that she wants to change my course ,she wants me to take education course because she wants me to be like her sisters who graduated education course and currently teaching.I followed my mother's wish just to make her happy,so I enrolled education course in NEU and started loving this course now because i have only 2 years left in studying and I'm about to graduate . So I chose this academic program which is Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in TLE because I remember having a favorite TLE subject teacher in high school who was always enthusiastic about teaching her subject and now I am really interested in learning about it. She is my inspiration, that's why I chose this TLE major. My family and I love eating, so I'm aiming to learn how to bake, cook, and do other related things in my chosen course. I also serve in our church as part of the teaching ministry among the kids department and leading youths as a their President. (I was a Sunday schooler when I was a kid. :-) )

Becoming a flight attendant is my ultimate dream job since when I was junior high. I took HUMSS in senior high to know more about human being, society, and social life, which is very applicable to our daily lives and also suitable when I become a cabin crew or flight attendant someday. But unfortunately, I wasn't able to take tourism course to become a flight attendant. I found out, that course is expensive whereas we can't afford.

Currently, I'm taking BSEd major in Technology and Livelihood Education. Education course is my second option. I choose educ course so that when I become an educator/ teacher someday: I can continue my learning, I can guide my young learners, I can share my skills, I can bring some difference in learning and teaching, I can mould worthy citizens of my country, I can have a respectable position in society and I can have job satisfaction because my this is also my heart desiring for. I didn't want to be a burden on my family. My parents, specially, my father worked endlessly and sleepless for our studies. I want to pay them back for whatever they did for us as much as I can.
