         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Banks placed customer's money in stock market without their knowledge. Stocks were booming prior to this point. In March 1929, they experienced a mini-crash. Many industries started to decrease production (steel/housing etc)<br><br>2.Investments and stocks and property and other ventures with risk of loss.Margin is buying from bank.&nbsp;<br><br>3. Pres Hoover want support from charity not from the government regulation.<br>4. Free market economists/government allocation of resources is inefficient. </div>]]></description>
