Investigation is currently undergoing as mentioned by FT. Hence, the FT should make a phone call/email to the mother to find out who was the real person who typed it. 

In addition, teacher should bring up the matter to level heads. Bullying is going way too overboard as it involves parents and students now. 

Teacher could probably send emails to all parents as well to put a stop to it.?

Actually, the argument is more heated now and since both parties are heated up, the principal and discipline master should speak to Mrs Lim in one session and the student who replied in another session.

We need to educate these people that their words will not solve anything and letting the school handle the situation is the best course of action.

It's also vital to check on Alice who is caught in the middle of all this arguments on her facebook page. She might feel extremely embarrassed or ashamed due to the fact that all her friends on facebook can see the post.
