1.  I presented my PowerPoint
2. When I did my PowerPoint I felt confident in speaking in front of my group about what I wrote about myself this really boosted my self esteem because it made me not scared to speak outloud. 
3. What went well is that I spoke loudly and clearly so that everyone could hear me.

the task I did was having a job interview for the place I am currently working in where I am a barmaid/ waitress. 
what went well; 
I successfully got the job and my boss said that the interview went well ad said I looked really confident. 
what didn't go well;
 the only thing that didn't go well was the fact that I was nervous and I think I hesitated at a question when I was under the pressure to answer it but realistically I didn't need to be as I knew the answer to the question. 
if I could change something; 
the thing I would chance would to not be nervous or put myself under any unnecessary pressure because it just made me hesitate for no reason

When I haven't attended college, I have completed all my work when I have been at home to ensure that I'm not missing any content and keeping up with the due dates and deadlines.

balancing work,
my balancing work isn't as good as it should be as I do work a lot for my age and to say I'm still in college I'm working around like 5 days a week which is a lot but I have found a balance which works. 

college life-
college life is going well at the minute I have completed all my assignments in on time, completed them to the best standard I think is possible of me.

organisation-
my organisation skills are good, I like to make sure that I am on time. water bottles-
I probably done use recycling as much as I should do as I buy a drink every morning. where I should cut down and get a reusable bottle. Reusable bottles are better for your health because they're made from materials such as stainless steel, glass or higher quality, BPA-free plastics. These materials don't break down in rising temperatures and therefore stop toxic chemicals from transferring into your water.

straws-
I don't use straws to be honest but when I do we use the reusable metal ones. you don't have to worry about finding a parking space. it reduces congestion in towns and cities. using public transport is cheaper than owning and operating a car. no more sitting in traffic jams in rush hour thanks to bus lanes and other bus priority measures.

Evidence 1- Football 
participation in teams- 
I take part in many things which include  team building I play football 4 times a week this  is 2 different team. this is Barnsley u18s and Barnsley ladies, this takes up most of my weak up. we've played in many competitions across the years. 
This including a trip to Arizona use to complete the presidents day tournament in which I was selected by South Yorkshire girls and chosen to go play in the tournament which we came 3rd overall which is one of my greatest achievements. 

Evidence 2- Charity Event 
I worked in a team when I was doing a charity skydive this was done for Weston park me and a close friend, raised over £1000 for them, this was again one of my greatest achievements. Often the people in society who are in need are the most overlooked. Society and governments aren't set up to protect everyone who needs it. That's why charities are here to fill the gaps and provide dedicated resources to help the most vulnerable.

Evidence 3- representing department
the times which we was supporting our department by volunteering for college events and working as part of the team is by we was selected by South Yorkshire fire and rescue to take part in a High rise building evacuation training in which as a class we had to work together efficiently and effectively to get the job done properly. we have also took part in volunteering when the Raf came into college  and we took part in a day with them which was very good and shown us how real teamwork happens.

I roughly work anywhere between 25-35 hours a week. I have gained numerous different skills in the workplace environment which are going to help me massively later in life. 

evidence 2- but in terms of actual work experience during school time we did not complete any work experience because of the covid-19. Although I had a placement sorted out but it had to be cancelled which is unfortunate. 

evidence 3- in terms of college experiences we have done a fire evacuation training plan with the south Yorkshire fire and rescue service which helped a lot as going into the public service sector I found it really useful and helpful to do this
