Okay so with the laptop, you've enough memory to create some songs. The sound card inside is enough to support it. The DAW itself. ProTools, Reason etc. Okay the Headphone is optional if you've more budget, you can spend on Monitor Speakers but the Headphone is enough at least you can bring it anywhere you want. Then it'll be mobile. The controller is actually a Keyboard for you to notate music. Without this, it'll be meaningless. Microphone is quite an optional too. It's enough with the controller but if you're aiming for a more real sound, a very rich and dark timbre from the real instrument it's advisable because in Music Production, the more real the sound is, the better. A Dynamic mic is enough, don't need for a condenser. That's if it's enough for your budget. If not, then it's okay.
