         <description><![CDATA[<div>This is super interesting- I think it's a huge piece of change management with both parties, but really needed if we intend to move novice teachers with a focused network of aligned supports. This highlights how the collaborative role of the coach as part of the school's instructional leadership team is a necessary partnership. I'm not sure this is something we have in place across all of our sites, but would be something we could use!</div>]]></description>
