I just completed my bachelors in Early Childhood Development in May 2016. I was approached by my special education department to enroll in the TIR program to teach the the primary special education resource classroom (k-4). So here I am! The challenges I am having is just simply having enough time in the day to lesson plan, write IEP's, grade and attend to the demands of the TIR program. The rewards so far is that I have learned so much already and I love the students I teach.
