         <description><![CDATA[<p>I'm Vera Matos, I'm 51 years old, married and mother of a 12 year old boy and I live in Rinchoa.</p><p>I almost always worked as an administrative assistant despite not having any certificate in this professional area. The experience I have, I gained from working, however I am taking this course to obtain the professional certificate and also to complete the 12th year of schooling. </p><p>Despite not having mastered the English language, it was never strange or difficult for me since I started learning it at the beginning of primary school.</p><p>I hope to be able to fulfill with excellence what is intended with this training.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p><mark>Ingredients:</mark></p><ul><li><p>A 397g package of condensed milk</p></li><li><p>A sachet of powdered strawberry gelatin</p></li><li><p>400g of powdered milk</p></li><li><p>powdered milk as much as possible (q.b.)</p></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><mark>Preparation:</mark></p><ul><li><p>Put all the condensed milk in a bowl.</p></li><li><p>Then, add the content of the powdered strawberry gelatin sachet.</p></li><li><p>Stir very well until you see that the gelatin powder has dissolved and that there are no traces of its granules left.</p></li><li><p>Then, add the 400g of powdered milk and knead with your hands until it becomes a homogeneous mixture and no longer sticks to your hands.</p></li><li><p>Finally, separate small pieces of this dough and form small balls that you should then dip in powdered milk or sugar, whichever you prefer, to give them a good appearance.</p></li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>                                  Enjoy!</strong></p>]]></description>

Climbing to the summit of a peak was physically demanding but incredibly fulfilling. The sense of accomplishment was unparalleled.
