Ashley speaks to Digger with street slang, such as "bredrens" showing that ashley sees Digger as someone who's equal or he's apart of gang culture. Taboo language ("n-word needs to chill boy") and reclamation of language shown by Ashley is used to portray street-life, and words that has been used against them to make it into their own "gang culture"
