         <description><![CDATA[<p>1) We think they should develop the new technology because solar energy is one of the most stable and efficient type of renewable energy and this technology even further improve its possibilities =&gt; better to raise investments. It have a visible and achieveable goal. Then, they can continue to develop its recycling system.</p><p>2) Solar panels nowadays are very expensive to install and it raise a concern of recycling themselves. They are mostly made of lithium battery and they are very toxic, even more than plastics.</p>]]></description>

Current technologies are already widely deployed, so even small efficiency improvements or cost reductions could have a large global impact.</p><p><br/></p><p>Question 2:</p><p>Widespread use could cause environmental harm from material extraction and e-waste, and raise ethical issues like unequal access, job losses, and fairness in energy distribution.</p>]]></description>
