Hi, I'm glad to be a part of this project with all of you!
My name is Mie from Tokyo, Japan. Tokyo is the capital city and is such a small place but as you can see by the picture, there are a lot of people everywhere. It sounds a little bit overdramatic, but it's likely true. One thing I really like is the opportunity to make new friends and find out about new communities. The center of Tokyo never sleeps, there are a lot of restaurants, bars and public space opened until 2 or 3 am. The good thing is a busy city never makes me feel bored. My home country always make me feel energetic.

Azerbaijan is a rich country with beautiful nature and people, but the country is in the hands of a group of people who do not allow anyone to speak and demand their rights. For a while we struggled with this, we tried to build a free-thinking society in our country, but for obvious reasons it was not allowed. I didn't want my children to grow up in such a society. Although Canada is an expensive, cold country, at least there is freedom of speech and a good education for my children.
