Needs/Benefits:
Voice recognition (speech to text), No Data Entry, Artificial Intelligence (AI Turbo Tax Adviser), transform DIY tax solution to DIFM-AI "Do It For Me AI" solution.

Execution:
Two ways to go about it:
a) cooperate and collaborate with few main home AI platforms Like Google assistant, Alexa, Siri, or Corina
b) alternatively build your purpose build AI explicitly design for tax 

Business Rationale:
1)  Almost assured returning customers, after the first year probably customers for life.
2) Charge for software update year to year, maybe automate and install software at the beginning of the year allowing costumers to input, categorize and file all the date as it comes, but only allow system to use this info and process on behalf of the user after the payment. Since user was doing it through the year, all the work would be wasted if they don't pay. 
3) since there is a lot of hand holding for DIY tax people and most of them want to speak to real person, this will mimic live person and cost much less for operating cost.

- Emotional element that connects to their love for social media and being connected
- channels of promotion include ads on all social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc)

Business Rationale:
- Unique to Intuit, need to watch out for other competitors (Simple Tax, H&R)
- Concentrates on a specific market (Milennials)
- Builds a friendly network of likeminded individuals to feel safe and understood while engaging with others in fun way while doing their taxes
- Turbo Tax's mission "is to create financial freedom for all customers so they can control their life and live it
the way they want to" - this idea supports that by staying with the DIY, but also benefits by getting the help of their social network and have fun while doing something technical
