Aparte de Hugo Cabret decir una valiosa frase la cual dice: "Todo tiene un propósito, los relojes te dicen la hora, los trenes te lleven a algún lugar. Así que pensé que el mundo entero era una gran máquina. Tú sabes que las máquinas nunca vienen con piezas extra. Yo no podía ser una pieza extra. El conocer acerca de los hermanos Lumière con su primera proyección.
