         <description><![CDATA[<div>Access to good quality pre-primary education can effect a child's future academics enormously. <br>National governments should appropriately design and target these pre-primary education programs. <br>Early interventions tended to have a positive affect on likelihood of enrollment, dropout, and on achievement in early primary school years. </div><ul><li>Enrollment has risen by 64% in little more than a decade, but with great inequality.</li><li>Uneven between urban and rural areas, rich and poor families and communities, and thriving and deprived regions within countries. </li></ul>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li>Undernutrition from poor and diet can lead to delays in development.<ul><li>Fine motor development</li><li>Gross motor development</li></ul></li><li>Children who are not stimulated cognitively and are undeveloped socio-emotionally are at greater risk.</li></ul><div><br>2013, 162 million children under the age of 5 were considered malnourished in the world. <br><br></div><ul><li>GMRs uses stunting rate as an indicator of child nutrition and care.<ul><li>The rate of stunting, low height of age, is a key indicator of a lack of well<br>being and development. </li><li>World Health Organization states that it is a strong indicator of chronic child malnutrition. </li></ul></li></ul><div><br></div><ul><li>Child nutrition improved but not enough and poor nutrient is a global issue that is rooted in poverty. </li></ul>]]></description>
