I am from Mosquera and I live with my mother and my two brothers. My mother’s name is Liliana, and my brother’s names are Sebastian and Samuel. I live in a traditional house on the street Siete trojes. Mosquera is a town below Bogotá moreover, in the main square you can find the central church and the most importants restaurants of the place, also in 40 meters there are the Eco Plaza mall and the gym. The library and the schools are on the principal avenue, at the left In the central park there are the fire department and the hospital, and the theater is on next to the police station. 

I get up at 7:00 am. I normally eat my breakfast at 8:30 am. I walk to my work but sometimes I get the bus to go. I have lunch at 1:00 pm, usually I eat rice, legumes, salad and meat, however my favorite food are tacos and soda.  I go back home at 7:00 pm but sometimes I have to work late; right after that, I loves do many activities like to walk in the park, take air fresh, thinking about my day and my life, and maybe read or watch a movie with my brother Sebastian. I eat dinner at 8:00 pm and then I go to bed. Finally, during my weekends, I meet with my friends and we go to dance or a restaurant. Frequently I meet whit my father and the most part of the weekend I am with him. Sometimes I prefer to stay in home and sleep.

Con esta tarea estudié nuevamente el presente simple, repasé conceptos básicos que había deshabituado en mi aprendizaje, aprendí a presentarme, hablar sobre mi vida y el lugar en donde vivo. Es importante lo que estoy aprendiendo porque me da herramientas para continuar estudiando el idioma inglés, aspiro a poder tener charlas fluidas y viajar, sin dudas esta lengua es muy importante en el área laboral. Sueño con poder representar a mi país en otros lugares del mundo, poder trabajar y seguir aprendiendo de otras culturas y experiencias.

My name is Dafne Gonzalez Suarez. I am from Bogotá, and I live in Funza. I am single, and I am 25 years old. Likewise, I am an arts teacher in the ETDH from Mosquera. I am studying at UNAD. In my free time I usually play Call of Dutty with my two brothers and my uncle David. I always read, also I listen to classic music like from Féderic Chopin and Olga Bordas. I Often go on a walk in the town with my father. Furthermore, I rarely am on my bed I prefer to do different activities.

I live in Funza, and I am going to talk about this great city. Funza is a town below Bogotá moreover, in the main square you can find the central church and the most important restaurants of the place, also in 40 meters there are the Mi Centro mall and the gym. The library and the schools are on the principal avenue, at the left in the Central Park there are the fire department and the hospital, and the theater is on next to the police station.

The main touristic places in Funza are the cakes shop Dulcinea and Las Margaritas, at the same time the Municipal Park and Celta Park are too touristic places. The typical food in my city is in my opinion the arepa of chócolo and chocolate, it’s very delicious.

I love the arts, the main celebrations in my city are the festival Zaquesazipa. This festival is more important for the people in Funza. This celebration presents plays, dances, circus, foods, music and most cultural desmostrations.

Finally, in my city I can go to walk on the rural areas in Siete trojes for example. I can go to watch movies and plays.

Practiqué mi pronunciación en la página sugerida por la tutora y dediqué tiempo a mi video de presentación. Siento mucha pena al hablar en inglés, pero con la plataforma he sentido mayor seguridad; me cuesta ser fluida, pero creo que he avanzado mucho.

Con esta tarea descubrí herramientas de aprendizaje que usaré de aquí en adelante, realmente ayudan bastante. Es importante lo que estoy aprendiendo porque enriquece mi proceso con el idioma inglés, aspiro a poder tener charlas fluidas y viajar; como lo mencioné en la anterior autoevaluación en mi opinión, en la actualidad aprender esta lengua es necesario y fundamental. De hecho, es muy gracioso porque me he dado cuenta que el idioma español es tan complejo que muchas veces noto que no uso ciertas normas gramaticales bien. Creo que todos los días estamos aprendiendo.
