         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li>Select-to-Speak is faster at processing inaccessible text than Snap&amp;Read</li><li>Snap&amp;Read has more natural sounding voices (... maybe that’s subjective)</li><li>Once text is OCR scanned<ul><li>Snap&amp;Read allows the user to choose to start reading anywhere in the scanned text, and to reread only sections that they wish to hear again.</li><li>Select-to-Speak will only read the whole passage again unless you start the process over again by clicking on the Select-to-Speak icon&nbsp;in the dock then clicking on the text you'd like read</li></ul></li></ul><div><br></div>]]></description>
