<title>Module 2: Gendered Literacy Practices by Amanda Irvin</title>
      <link>https://padlet.com/ajb14840/37r2fp052vvmacic</link>
<description>In this Padlet, I showcase resources that I currently use or intend to add to my &quot;Community Helpers - Fire Prevention Week&quot; classroom theme to extend literacy learning opportunities for my students. This theme is one that I teach to my Pre-K Counts students each year during the month of October. All of the resources will show my students gender equality in a profession that has been primarily portrayed as a &quot;man&#39;s job&quot; as well as individuals of varying ages and races in the firefighting field.</description>
