Here’s how to implement strategy for managing to file syste
1- Name each file appropriately

File naming is crucial to good file management. Filing system goal is to make process of getting something back from somewhere easier. After all, it will save a lot of time when to find a report. Besides that, use specific names to name a file or folder. For example, just naming  file sales report, but should to name of month likes February Sales Report 

2- Subcategorizing

In this ways, pick a major category  piles and sort through it again. Besides that, separated paper into smaller subcategories. For example, sales report  could be divided into:

- Earning payment report
- Daily earning & payment report 
- Sales item analysis 


3- Arrange files 

Every department have there specific files will be often use or would always like to retrieve consistently. To arrange files systematic  will do well way that they can easily be found. 
That way, these documents are arranged numerically with the first number being at the top. This way, can speedily identify its location as well as instantly retrieve whenever need them.
