         <description><![CDATA[<div>By: Chloe Lehman and Gianna Logue and Mikaylin <br><strong>Date:&nbsp; </strong>August 14th, 1935! <strong><br>Problem: </strong>It addressed the problem of economic security for the elderly and needy providing this security through taxes.
