I particularly appreciated this class because of how enthusiastic Dr Amena was. It was simpler for us to grasp the information because of her passion and love for linguistics. In addition to the really entertaining and engaging presentations we had to give. Unlike some other, extremely dull classes. Every work in this class sparked our creative side. Whether it was the assignment requiring us to connect certain Arabic terms to the Swahili language or the memes assignment. It's pleasant even to write our final reflection on Padlet. As opposed to writing a paper with a word count. I appreciated how attentive and appreciative Dr. Amena was of our needs and efforts. However, I would have preferred to meet more than one guest speaker, though, as this was a really engaging and enlightening lesson. Also to receive multiple extra assignments, which might enhance our final grade.Other than that, this class was one of the most interesting and interactive classes I've took and I'm grateful I got to know Dr. Amena as she is one of the sweetest doctors in this university.

First off, you'll see from looking at the attendance list that there are no absences except for one due to health issues. So that demonstrates how committed I was to attending every class and having respect for the professor who put her all into the class. Second, I took part in all of the jam boards and kahoot games. In addition, I hardly ever leave class unless I absolutely must. I do my best to participate as much as I can in all of my colleagues' lectures and presentations. I also enjoy the talks and assignments done in class like the one where we had to arrange the development of English. moreover I never submitted any of the assignments late. Therefore, I would really appreciate if I received the full grade in participation. as that would really differ in my final grade and in my ability to declare to my dream major.
