    I suppose, because I have been alive for quite a while now that I have had time to assess myself and time to also re-assess myself.
   There are the simple things that I can tell you, like the fact that I am a mother to five and that I was born in London but that doesn't really tell you much.
    I remember walking in snow right to the top of my wellington boots and  being very young and curled up to sleep in the sunshine and everybody being very angry when they found me.
I expect I had been tired and wandered off looking for a comfy spot.
I am still inclined to wander off and find a comfy spot.
Sometimes because of being an abused wife, I have had to.
    I hold no grudges, nobody's life is perfect.
What I remember are the things that shaped me and made me who I actually am.
    I would help you. You just need to ask.
    I am Dizzy, in fact that's what my partner calls me because it isn't just who I am but also what I am.
    I like to think that I am kind but I have my moments of selfishness and anger in spite of me.
    I see something beautiful everyday. Beauty is all around us, I can see it in a leaf,a cloud, the rainbows that my crystal casts upon the wall.
    I am not blind I can also see dark things and I am not oblivious to other peoples suffering.
I really wish I could shine a light into thier lives. I want them to know happiness I wish that I could hand it to them.
But even in the darkest of days there is something.
    I remember dancing down the road with my children "singing in the rain" when we were having a thunderstorm. It was amazing and the being wrapped up in towels round the fire afterwards felt like a little piece of heaven. Because for a few moments at that time we were free.
     These days I have freedom to do or be anything that I want and a wonderful partner who supports me through everything.
