Padlet Instructions (Google Chrome works best)

1.  Go to http://padlet.com/

2.  Sign-up [suggest using a Padlet account, rather than Google or Facebook]

3.  Once registered, sign-in

4.  Create a new Wall [called Padlet in website]

5. Double click to add a post, a link or upload a file [not working in College at moment

6.  You can view all walls that you have created in “My Padlets”

7.  You can share your wall using the “Share” button

8.  Use the link “Modify Wall” to:

a. Give a wall a title

b. Change the appearance of the wall [wall paper]

c. Invite others to post or view your wall [under “Privacy”]

d. Change the layout [from anywhere to a time stream] 

e. Delete your wall

9. Security

a. All Padlet wall are public BUT you have to know the address of one to see it

b. You can password protect them so that, as well as knowing the address, you also need to know the password

c. You can also use the password to restrict what visitors can do 

d. You can choose to have all posts moderated 

e. More settings are in “Privacy” 

f. You can change your password in “My Account”

12.  Save the wall in the following formats:
