What if I'm finished with my Digital Habitat and WORKSHEET?
Be sure to get your Digital Habitat graded. Mrs. Salahuddin or Mrs. Pachico will write your grade on your worksheet.

Next you will draw a rescaled version of the Grand Canyon.

Directions:
See your teacher for a small scaled black and white version of the map below. You will draw a larger version of the Grand Canyon map to scale on a blank sheet of paper. You may lightly pencil in gridlines to help you. Be sure to use a ruler. Write your new scale on the top left corner of your newly drawn map.

This connects to our Capstone Grand Canyon Project. Drawing to scale is an important part of the 2D design process of area you want to build in 3D paper mache form.
