         <description><![CDATA[<div>Corporate social responsibility is the ability to take action that protects and improves both the welfare of society and the interests of the organization. <br>Social responsibility is a key factor in my opinion to managing an industry. I feel that in this module I have discovered what it takes to take action in a managerial situation and how to conduct it properly. The welfare of society and the organization is crucial to success. I feel that in my professional career, I can propose each aspect of responsible management because of the demonstration brought to me in this first module. <br>-This photo represents the "circle of life" in my opinion of managing a company. It reflects upon the the flow of responsibility and demonstrating each aspect smoothly.</div>]]></description>

Global organization has impacted my professional career by allowing me to discover the different aspects of trade and culture. The diversity that is involved in organizations allows for growth and success in every company. In the future I would like to pursue a career involving management of trade and exploring different cultures as well. <br>-This image of global citizens represents the use of togetherness brought by many different cultures across the world.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Strategic Planning Skills, Strategies, Tactics, and Competitive Dynamics. The time and effort that goes into planning an organization is crucial for an action plan. The use of dynamics and competitive tactics and strategies allow for each company to be at the top of their game at all times. In my professional career I find that planning is the most important action in an organization because it keeps the team goal oriented and running smoothly. I have also found that with proper planning, less stress is present when in the work place.<br>-This photo represents an accurate depiction of what it feels like to plan and organization. The image displays multi-tasking which I find extremely necessary while making strategies and how stressful it can be.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Understanding organizational structure can help employees and supervisors understand their place in the organization and the importance of effective communication when leading employees. I have found that in my professional career organization structure displays who is where on the work totem pole. Knowing who to ask for help, and how to cooperate is extremely beneficial for a company to thrive. This module has taught me the concepts of fundamental management concepts and how to make managerial decisions.<br>-This image is a visual representation of a work place pyramid and who holds what "power". I find that in this pyramid it is a map of how employees, directors, managers, bosses, ect. are all ranked and how they flow with each other.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Human resources work for the organization and will always do what is in the best interest of the organization.  It is HR's job to protect the organization when any issues become apparent. In this module, I have learned how  influence, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal communications are applied in a business. I have discovered that in my professional career, formal and informal communication processes  are used regularly in the work place and this module has helped me understand each concept.<br>- This photo represents The process of human resources working together to back the company under any circumstances. I find that team work and putting ideas together benefit the company as a whole.</div>]]></description>

In this module, I have learned the differences between the roles of managers and leaders in the work place and how they both have abilities to lead the organization. In my professional career, i have found that, motivation is a strong factor for success in a business. Without motivation employees, work ethic, and team work, can fall apart. <br>-This image is a visual representation of how leaders can turn a company in the right direction. I find that it helps me to better understand that a leader is more of a motivator while a manager is more of the planner and rule enforcer. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Predetermined standards, plans and objectives the organization depends on. In this module, I have touched base on the &nbsp; relationship differences between power and control in the work place. I have also discovered the role of production and operations managers&nbsp; and the importance of their work. In my professional career, controlling performance is very beneficial to running a company because it demonstrates how to operate the business.<br>-This image illustrates,  how a company leader leads the business on the right track, and controls how it is running. I find that this image allows me to clearly see what goes on as a leader in the work place and how they manage their employees.</div>]]></description>
