Cole Matthews is a troubled kid who has a hard time controlling his anger and rage.  His rage is so out of control that he beats up a fellow student.  Cole now needs to fix his mistake, but how does one do that when they are so out of control?  
I think this book is a great example of how people can change when they really want to.

The main character, Melody, has a disability where she can't walk, talk, or move but she is so smart. She tries to fit in but not everyone treats her like any other kid. How will she fit in and become the schools hero and not embarrassment?

I think this book is a nice, heart touching book that shows how to never give up and not let anything get in the way of you reaching your goals.

I would recommend this book to all kids in late elementary and middle school because it is a thick, yet amazing and emotional book that makes you want to keep reading. One for sorrow is about a girl named Annie who moves to this small town. At  school she meets Elsie, a girl who is a tattletale, a liar,and a thief. Elsie has no friends so she makes Annie become her friend. Then a bad sickness comes out called influenza. And Annie makes some cooler nicer girls while Elsie is sick. When Elsie gets back Annie's new friends gang up on Elsie. They surround her and steal her flu mask. Elsie suddenly dies and just as Annie thinks she's rid of Elsie she runs into Elsie's grave and wakes her up causing Elsie to come back and reclaim her friendship and punish the girls who bullied her. This book is creepy and exciting all in  one. Deep and Dark and Dangerous is abut a thirteen year old girl. her mom has these awful head aces. Ali goes to the attic and finds a picture she sees her mom , aunt Dulcie and one other girl but she can't make out what who the girl is because the paper on that side was riped. she went to her mom and she her mom said that she knew nothing. Ali seemed Suspicusc about the picture and how her mom acted. a few days later dulcie comes to there house saying they are going to repair the cottage by lake Sycamore if Ali wanted to come but Ali wanted to go But mom said not to that mad Ali mad. Dulcie convinces her mom to let Ali go. they get to the cottage. mom said the lake is, "Deep and Dark and dangerous. they get to Maine suddenly this girl named sissy shows up. she is a bratty mean little girl she makes Emma her little cousin be mad at Ali . fuss is over a doll. Ali did not know that her peaceful summer was going to turn upside down. this ghost story made me cry at the end. it is a sad  but happy story and at some points. i recomand this book to anyone whole Loves Ghost storys

What tears of a tiger is about is about This basketball team named the Hazelwood tigers. And what happens is when most of the boys on the team go out drinking after they go driving and messing around, but when they crash into wall everybody escapes except Robbie who was the team captain and the best player dies and then the car explodes. After this happens the team forfeited 2 of their games, and the whole school is sad too. Then the funeral for Robbie is held and everyone is sad and they all miss him very much since it's so hard on everyone. What then happens is a few weeks later, Andy who was driving had Robbie's family was mad at him, Andy then tries to make it up to his family by doing a lot for them.

Rec Kayak is about a boy named Braden Parks who joined with his poor crab fishing family. His neighbor is a rich family with a 3 year old. The only thing wrong with this is the part that Braden's dad sold was also where his friends hung out since they were little. Braden usually babysits the DiAngelos son. The book Escaping the giant wave was a really good book. I would recommend people to read it. If you like mystery and excitement then this book is for you. Its about a bot named Kyle and his parents and his little sister Beebe. there parents had to go on a cruse. And Beebe and Kyle had a bully named Daren and he was mean to them. Then later on when his parents go on the cruse Daren is there. Then is the story there was a earth quake and Beebe got lost but Kyle found her and also there was a huge fire that stared and Daren got stuck in it and Beebe and Kyle was really nice to help him then later Daren got mad at them for touching him because they thought he was Unconscious but he says he wasn't. SO later in the story the tsunami came and that were the mystery comes what happen to there parents? Daren survive? Wonder is about a boy named Auggie who has a deformed face.  He goes to a new school where other kids are making fun of him.  He becomes friends with a boy named Jack.  On Halloween Jack doesn't know he's there so he says mean things about Auggie and hurts his feelings.  Jack ends up standing up for Auggie and Auggie reminds Jack about what he said on Halloween.  Will Auggie forgive Jack and will they become friends again?

The book Upside Down in the Middle of Nowhere is a book about a girl named Armani Curtis who lived in the Ninth Ward district of New Orleans. She was over thrilled about her upcoming birthday weekend. Nothing could stop her excitement, not even the rumors of a storm heading their way. The rumors of the storm and the chances of it hitting were getting higher and higher. People were even starting to evacuate! But that didn't bother Armani and her family too much. But as they were celebrating her birthday, the storm hits. It's deadly and there is no time to evacuate! During that time Armani loses and gains very important stuff to her. She loses she Dad and MeMaw, and nearly her baby twin siblings, but gains the meaning of life and love and realizes that she never truly lost anything. I think this book was amazing and will make you laugh and maybe cry at just the right moments. I think that this book is a fast read. It has humor, sadness, anger, and so much more emotions that tie everything together.

Chase wants to be his old self again but when he finds out who he was he wanted to change.

I like this book because it shows one person in two perspectives.

Out of my Mind is a book about a girl named Melody. Melody has a disability called cerebral palsy. It's a disease where she can't talk, walk, or move any part of her body but her thumbs. She has to be fed, taken to the bathroom, and people have to try and find out what she is thinking, which is very difficult. In school she is put into a special room with other kids with disability's. One day her and the other kids in the special class finally get to go see what a normal class does. Eventually she is put in the normal classes but finds it very hard to do good. She does her best to fit in but some days are harder than others because of Claire and Molly. Claire and Molly are mean girls. The girls are mean to Melody and make fun of her. Melody does listen to them and does what she needs to. Melody in class could answer ever question, but since she can't talk she can't answer. Melody wants to talk and fit it so her and her helper Catherien do some research. I recommend this book because it is a heartwarming story. Gregor and the curse of the warmbloods is about a kid who lives in the overland but is a warrior in the underland. He is always doing these prophecies for the underland and ever since he's became a warrior down there. They soon have another prophecy and it's about the plague and since he is the warrior all Regelia (a City in the underland) depends on him because he has solved so many prophecies before that they all know he can solve it. In the beginning when Gregor goes into the underland he thought he would only be there for a little bit but no, he found out that he would have to be there for maybe even more than a couple weeks. In the middle he's on a journey with a lot more Reglian's, you can learn who he goes with if you read the book! He has to find a plant called...

This book talks about equal rights and John Lewis's dream to have equal rights across America. In the book John Lewis starts marches for equal rights, and he makes a lot of motivating speeches about equal rights.

I think the book is interesting, but near the end it starts to lose your attention because it is repetitive at certain times.

Nisha is shy and has only one friend.In the story India became free from the British and nisha thinks that it's a good thing,but it's not because all the Hindus and the skis have to leave and go to Pakistan. To go to Pakistan the have to travel there on foot and can only have little drinks of water a per day!    It's also even more hard because Nisha's grandmother is old but luckily her dad works at a hospital so if they get hurt he can help them.       This book is about a boy named Luke. Luke has 2 brothers Mark an Mathew. There is a law that you can only have 2 children and the reason why yo can have three children is because they need to have enough food for people. Luke is a THIRD child so that means that he has to hide and not get found and if he does then there with be a horrible punishment. But one day Luke looks out of his little vent a spots a girl...a THIRD CHILD! Luke had to run over and meet her, so he took a risk and left the house. Then he broke in. When the girl saw him she got scared and then when she figured out that he was safe she was nice. The girls name was Jen. One day she wanted to go and protest to be able to go out in public but she does not end up coming back! Luke has to deal with that for the rest of his life and he is really sad about that. I give this boom a 5 star because it is really intresting and it is very detailed. Nine Ten is a book about four teenagers named Aimee, Will, Naheed, and Sergio. The chapters switch out through all of them and goes through their struggles/life. The book is a Nine Eleven story and the book leads up to the event. The book is realistic fiction and I would give it a four out of five. I think this book is one of the best books I have ever read and it would probably be one of your favorites too if you read it!I would recommend this book to everybody because it is really interesting and entertaining. Out of my mind is a book about a girl named Melody. She has cerebral palsy, a disease that makes you unable to walk, talk,and basically do anything she wanted to do. Nobody thought that she was a smart kid, but in her head she knew that she was very smart. She has an amazing memory and she is able to remember things from when she was very young. She has a wheel chair that had velcro to stick words on it so she could communicate with other people. There wasn't enough room for all the words she needed to point at. Melody was in a special needs class, but was eventually put in but the "normal kids" classroom for part of the day. She meets a new friend named Rose and sees that she got a new computer. Melody realizes this is the perfect time to get a computer to talk for her. this book is about a rich family and a little girl owns Edward wich is a suffed bunny sor of when the girl leves to school the nighboor dog (I think, I read this book 2 years ago) got into their house and got Edward then Edward gets found by another person a wile he gets found by another person this happens like 4 or 5 time all the persons give him different names and different characterization one person used him as a scare crow another as a stuffed animal at the end a boy that that her sister passed away because she was really sick and they were por and their dad din't really care about her until she dies so that is why she died goes to a restaurant and buys some food at the end he doesn't end up having enough money he said if he can pay up by doing a puppet show with Edward the man that owns the Restaurant said no now he was mad and smashed Edward he in the counter into a MILLION PECES!!!! the boy takes him to a part to repays him the guy their said "You dont have enough money so you have 2 options 1 find another place where they could asept you or I will repair it......

I would give this book 5 out of 5.
The book is about a boy named Jeremy his mother worked as a cleaner for a company and he left him next to a coffee maker where she knew a good father would be we meet his adopted father it turns out the reason she left him next to a coffee machine and we find out that she has a heart disease and he has to go a very expensive transplant the transplant is a success and he and his coach they run a baseball team and their original team was caught for using steroids and he tries to bring back the team and he succeeds and doing it and the coach gives him the baseball team!
 
I would recommend this book to people who want to see the world in another perspective and have to deal with the problem that's happening in their family in the book and who like sports.

I would give this book a 4/5 because in the story it doesn't tell you a lot about her "SPOILER ALERT!" dead mother. Nisha and Amal are confused because they have to go with there dad to Pakistan because they are Hindu but Amal and Nisha are both Muslim and Hindu, so they confused. 

I would recommend this book because it's a good book it's very enjoyable. Sophia's War is a novel about the revolutionary war. The main character is  Sophia, and at the start she witnesses the hanging of a man. Sophia goes through grief through the rest of the story until the fewer last chapters. Sophia meets a British solider named John Andre. Sophia falls in love with him, but she doesn't know what to do because hes on the other team. 

Sophia's War would be a 4.7 of of 5 because its a great book with crossroads, but sometimes it can be graphic. 

I would most definitely recommend this book to people who are okay with just a little bit of cruelty and thrills.
