The way that would work is every time the lunch monitor would see at least 3 thing of kindness or or good behavior they would add one sticker. When the class reaches a certain amount of stars they would get a reward. Some ideas i was thinking of is free lunch, extra recess and lunch with the principal or your teacher or something like that.
