Child marriage is when young girls in poor countries are married off to older men. Most of there girls around the ages of 11-13. Families in Yemen do this because their families do not have enough income to support their whole family. These young girls are than married to older men sometimes even twice their age. Yemen was about to make a marriage age law but than the county went to war. Because of the war the efforts were delayed and the child marriage has increased.
