1/2 kg shelled muscles
1/2 kg un-shelled muscles
 1/2 cup of Olive Oil
1 finely chopped onion
4-5 spring onion finely chopped
2 cups long grain rice
1/2 bunch finely chopped dill
5 cups of vegitable broth or water
Salt and water 
Preparation: 
Wash the shell, remove the beard, rinse throughly and drain. 
Saute onions with rise and wash muscles and throw away any shells that resist opening. Add dill, salt, pepper, stir and pour the mixture into a deep non-stick pan.
