In CAS experience I learn about teamwork, being respect to other people, and think quickly precisely and accurately. I do my activities with my seniors, juniors, and all of my schoolmates who join the futsal club.
This experience changed my view of something called seniority culture, from what I initially thought seniors always had traits that I didn't like, such as being arrogant towards their juniors, it turned out to be not what I imagined, they also have a friendly and pleasant , but if they are on the job of an organisations they are a bit arrogant because of the demands of the duties and it changes the way I view the seniority culture in my school.

We do this routine exercise once or twice a week for 2 hours. Then, in september we added one training by our own initiative on a sunday in the middle of the month with a time of 2 hours.
