This is a third type of housing in Vietnam. It's simply called Houses. The rent for these Houses are $600-700 for 4 bedrooms. Most foreigners will most likely not live in these houses because they would be the only foreigner around. The design isn't very traditional; each bedroom is very cramped, you can barely fit a queen-sized bed in there. There will be no open concept kitchen and a lot of natural light. You will most likely not have good water pressure or consistent hot water.
