Sometimes life can be seen as a sugar cookie. No matter how much effort you put in life you can be hit with a sugar cookie.

Anyone can make a change at anywhere in the world. Just by one riskable decision can change lives in generations just by one person. No matter of your ethnic, gender, or religious background, anyone is able to make a change. Some days can make you feel discouraged or unmotivated but coming home to a made bed gives you a feeling of courage to make you feel better. If you want to make a difference start by doing little things.

This speech makes it engaging because of the use of ethos which he relates to the graduating students, uses a metaphor such as " sugar cookie" and diction word which was repeated was " change".

The main idea of the speech was be proud of the hardships and overcoming the challenges that would make us stronger. We all had hard times and challenges that we endured during our life and how we overcame the negative to positive. We are making history everyday and history is being carried with us everyday.Throughout challenges that women went through or any of the women who are graduating are blessed to have made it through hard times. Put away the negatives and challenges that will get in the way and result into positive doing by people. Accept your memories even if they were memorial or traumatic, own it because the world is down because we are broken. Make a memorable mark in the history that you make, that can be left for people or to leave something in people. The rhetorical advices that were being used pathos, and logos because of her talking about her childhood and being a child in poverty and the researched fact about sex trafficking of majority of them being women of color.

The main idea of the speech was graduate and the importance of achievement that he endured during success to becoming an comedian and actor. Of course he uses comedy and talks about himself to make himself retable and add humor to his speech. In the beginning he talks about his experience going to college for the major of sports management, but he felt like that he wanted to do something else. He began to develop a interest for comedy and loved making his friends or anyone around him laugh. The middle of speech talks about him doing stand up comedy and how it was based on old episodes from star trek. He talks about how he was casted in Saturday Night Live (SNL) and how he accepts that some may not find him funny. At the end of the speech he congratulates the graduating class and its okay if you haven't figured out what you want to do, enjoy the process without pressure, don't listen to critics you will figure it out and trust your gut. The rhetorical advices that were being used pathos and ethos.

And the Award for Best Speech Goes To... Viola Davis. The reason I chose Viola Davis because I have endured challenges throughout my life and every person has faced challenges through life. I am learning to use my challenges and trauma and result it to a positive upbringing. I am working on myself to not be so negative about things that doesn't go what I want it to go, but see it as a positive and keep moving on in life. She experience what looks like a toxic environment with her parents, I experience that since my childhood but it has changed because i'm in a much better place.
