         <description><![CDATA[<div>Efficiency comes to mind here. I understand this state is not a true equilibrium, but the idea of a steady state means the proper use of inputs through an efficient through put process to end with the output. Meaning, the total of all inputs is greater than the total of all outputs which comes from dealing with your through-puts efficiently. Understanding this is not equilibrium, ideally, the line if graphed would have some sort of positive slope (take in more than you spend). Like Ash said, “Growth = Survival”.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
