1) playing games with each other, holding hands and making sure the balloon doesn’t hit the floor, we had to carry it towards the blue line without any of us breaking the connection
2) it made us all woke together as a team and made us all connect without communicating verbally but physically, which some people prefer that are shy and not as outgoing as others
3) i held hands with the people next to me showing them that we are supported by each other and showing each other that we have trust and faith not to drop the balloon.
4) improved more verbal communication rather than physical communication, the more verbal we communicate, the more we all know where to walk and make sure the balloon is going the right direction.

about me task
basically we had to make a powerpoint on an introduction on yourselfs and present it to the class, this included things about ourselfs such as ethnic background, friends, passions etc.

this developed my communication skills by presenting to the class, this made people feel like they knew me abit, which couild help with confidence and comfortability

me explaining that i am south african sparked intrest and that went well as people thought it was facinating
i could improve by speaking more slower, i feel like i rushed due to me being nervous and wanting it to be over

we all had to write our names on a piece of paper, and write 3 interesting facts about ourselves, we then had to make a massive quilt by tying them altogether and punching holes and using string keeping it intact.
we all had a certain job to do, we communicated through that, my job was to tie the string on each piece of paper and to punch holes... most people just sat around which lacked in communication skills.
the people that actually did the task made sure that the string was tightly tied etc.
we could improve by involving more people and people participating .

saf sent us out of the room and she hid 7 British values. we were in groups and my group got the rule of law. we stated proper British stereotypes such as tea, BBC, Boris Johnson, coronation street, fish and chips etc.
this improved teamwork skills as we all worked together to come up with different things and british values.
us all communicating and respecting each other wentr well, we could improve bt letting others speak instead of interupting.

this develops my skills by helping me be more opened minded and stress free-therefore will help with me doing my work that’s on my mind. doing schedules on my gym list shows all the tasks i can get through which motivates me even more. i work improve by getting an app that shows my routine and all my exercises.

reliability

depending on yourself and others to help get a task done. going to college on time, people rely on you to turn up and do your work. this can develop your skills and people will feel that they can trust you more and that you are reliable with any information. i could improve this by planning out my week to know what i have on and to make sure i am reliable on getting into college on time.

supporting my friends and family through tough times. this can develop your communication skills and trust skills which will be beneficial within your work force. knowing how to commutation is major especially within the public services. having a one on one conversation with someone will make them feel heard and shows that you have their support. you cousin kroger this by checking up your everyone once so often.

This lesson, we all discussed things based on what triggers them, majority of us mentioned family issues, relationships with the other gender and more. we all came up with a plan on how to look past those triggers and not let us feel down. things such as music helps us all.
