I explained lots of my habits about going to the sea when I'm not well, when i have problems and more. And i was lucky to learn about these things as i was swimming in hot water from volcano.

I also had a fantastic walk in the forest, i heard the sing of the River and saw the beautiful nature and plants.

Finally went in salves meusum and that was a strong experience!

Another day of the course!! A lovely day! Today we discussed the power of the water. How it can effect to our brain and our bodies. I learned a lot of things and it was great that the lesson was realistic! We did it in the hot water of Gouadeloupe's volcano! Then we visited a waterfall in the forest and we discussed about different ways that water can effect to our shelves. Finally we visited the slaves museum and we learned a lot information about local history! An exciting museum! After this activity a lot of different emotions are in my brain. I am very happy of being member of this course!

Today's lesson was full of interesting activities. The first thing I learned today has to do with flexability which is good to have.
You organize something, you make plans, but something unexpected happens and it can't be done, don't be disappointed and put things off, reorganize and move on to something else. The result will surprise you.
The visit to the sea with the hot water from the volcano was perfect.Contact with water affects us positively and is necessary for us!Our whole life in the red zone, we need a time to be in blue mind. The visit to the river, the sound of the flowing water, the nature we saw complete this thought.
Visiting the slave museum is a lesson. I was concerned about what one person can do to another person and how education can help approach these subjects.

I floated in the water and listened sound on the waves and my breathing. My thoughts calmed down and I focused on the moment and the movements of the water.

Humans are about 70 percent of water. That’s why we need water.
It’s important to have someway connection with water. To be in the water, on the water and by the water. It’s important to respect water, because it meets our needs.
