         <title>I am not 100% sure yet. I do believe in self regulation theory however. Sometimes my class my seem a bit crazy but I allow students to regulate their own behavior. Need to come in stronger though with rules and procedures for next year. </title>

         <title>I came in a little too soft in rule enforcement. I had to clamp down and start writing students up and contacting parents more. Once I started doing that the behavior has subsided a bit. Next year I need to roll out student behavioral and support plans with certain students for both grades and behavior. Also need to use Remind app and establish a point system (figuring out how to incorporate classroom Dojo).</title>

         <title>I use a 3 warning system. 3 warnings and you getting written up, call home, kicked out of class or a combination.  Also count down seems to work along with students self regulating their own behavior. If I say &quot;I am not starting or continuing until things are more quiet&quot; you will here students telling other students to stop talking or students. </title>
