Basically, asthamatic people is part of the High Risked group. In first place, beds, blood, doctors, nurses and ventilators are in short supply; operating rooms are being turned into intensive care units; and surgeons have been redeployed to treat people who cannot breath. This fongus is called Fusarium solani , it is a common soil fungus and colonist of plant materials. The bacteria is called Rhodococcus erythropoli, it is Gram positive actinomycetes of high G+C content, capable of morphological differentiation in response to their environment. The group of scientist that discovered that this microorganisims purifies the air are "The Green Technology Research Group (G-Tech)" from the Universidad de los Andes. So our solution to the problem of people with Asthma risking themselves to get infected in a pandemiia, is a mask that has a bacteria and fongus that purifies the air and only let the clean air enter to the mask.

The Contaminated air is sucked from the environment and enters the biopurifier through these perforations. The gas is then homogenized in a small inner chamber until it enters the biological filter. Finally, air passes through the filter material and is biodegradable by this microbial consortium. So we made a mask for asthmatic people (or anyone with respiratory problems), that helps them to not expose themselves to get infected. The mask contains an air purifier, with a bacteria called "Rhodococcus erythropoli" and a Fungus called "Fusarium solani". En un resumen de nuestro proyecto, las personas con asma, que son un grupo de alto riesgo en cuarentena, no siempre tienen a alguien para obtener su gestión de salud, por lo que se exponen a infectarse al hacerlo por sí mismas. Así que hicimos una máscara para personas asmáticas (o cualquier persona con problemas respiratorios), que les ayuda a no exponerse a la infección. La máscara contiene un purificador de aire, con una bacteria llamada "Rhodococcus erythropoli" y un hongo llamado "Fusarium solani".
