To write a good and attractive presentation. We need to divide it into the following steps. Step one, determine the structure of a presentation. A presentation consists of 3 parts, beginning, body, and conclusion. Step 2, prepare carefully before the presentation, gain confidence, research thoroughly about the topic you are presenting, read the presentation a few times in advance. You should not make a presentation that is too long, you should focus on the presentation topic and combine it with a slide show to make it easier for the audience to understand and create interest. At the end of the presentation, there should be a question and answer session for the audience to ask questions during the presentation.

To connect parts and shafts together, or to transmit power from one shaft to another, people often use couplings. There are four most common types of coupling: flexible coupling, beam coupling, sleeve-style coupling and rigid coupling. With beam coupling is more flexible than the multi-beam but less torsional rigid. Applications include: Stepper drives, encoders, general purpose light, with sleeve-style coupling is a basic type of couplings including a pipe whose bore is finished to the required tolerance based on the shaft size.

A fan gear is a type of gear used to transmit power between two non-parallel shafts, usually intersecting at a certain angle. Gears have the effect of changing the direction of motion and changing the speed of the rotating shaft.

There are different types of gears, depending on the shape, size and angle of the teeth. Here are some common types of gears:

Straight bevel gear: is the simplest type of bevel gear, with triangular teeth and parallel axis of the gear. Straight gears are commonly used for 90-degree angles.

Helical gear: is a type of gear with a spiral shape, creating a helical angle such that the helical axis of the gear. Pinion gears have the advantage of running faster, vibrating less and having a greater load capacity than pinion gears.

Spiral bevel gear: is a type of gear with a spiral shape, creating a larger helix angle than spiral bevel gears. Helical gears can transmit power between shafts that are not on the same plane, such as diagonal shafts or perpendicular shafts.

Zerol bevel gear: is a type of gear that has a spiral shape but has a zero helix angle. Zerol bevel gears can transmit power between straight axes intersecting at any angle, but usually 90 degrees.

What are the shapes of spur gears and spiral bevel gears? Straight gears have conical tooth pitch surfaces, straight and tapering towards the peak. Bevel gears have teeth curved at an angle.

Straight gears and spiral bevel gears are used to transmit power between which problems? Straight gears are mainly used to transmit power between two intersecting shafts. Helical gears are used to transmit power between two intersecting shafts or tracks.

What are the advantages and disadvantages of birch gears and helical gears? Straight gears have the advantage of being simple, easy to manufacture, cheap and have high accuracy. The disadvantages are loud noise, durability and difficulty adjusting traffic angles. Birch wheels have the advantage of being comfortable, durable, have a large load capacity and can flexibly adjust the transmission angle. Disadvantages are complexity, difficulty in manufacturing, high price and jagged artifacts.

In what areas are straight bevel gears and helical bevel gears used? Straight gears are used in simple machines that have slow rotation speeds and do not require high precision. Helical gears are used in complex machines with high rotation speeds and high precision requirements. For example, cars, airplanes, ships, machine tools, air compressors, generators, etc.

The stage means that hot liquid material is poured into a container and cooled to make the correct shape. Next, the materials are turned on a machine called a lathe. Holes are made using a drill. They will use a lathe or milling machine and have coolant. After drilling, a surface is polished. Surface paint helps the details not to rust and be more beautiful. The next step means that holes are punched in a material. Finally, a product is checked carefully. After testing, we will know the good and bad rate of the product before it is put on the market.

Plastic is a synthetic material that can be molded into various shapes and forms. Plastic is made from polymers, which are long chains of repeating units called monomers. There are many types of plastic, each with different properties and uses.

One way to classify plastic is by using the resin identification code, which is a number from 1 to 7 inside a triangle of arrows. This code indicates the type of plastic and how it can be recycled. The seven types of plastic and their codes are 12:

1: Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET or PETE), used for beverage bottles, food containers, clothing, etc.

2: High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE), used for milk jugs, detergent bottles, pipes, toys, etc.

3: Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC or Vinyl), used for pipes, window frames, flooring, etc.

4: Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE), used for plastic bags, cling wrap, squeeze bottles, etc.

5: Polypropylene (PP), used for yogurt cups, margarine tubs, straws, etc.

6: Polystyrene (PS or Styrofoam), used for disposable cups, plates, egg cartons, etc.

7: Other, used for various plastics that do not fit into the above categories, such as polycarbonate, acrylic, nylon, etc.

A common type of plastic is polyethylene, which is classified into three subtypes: high-density, low-density, and linear low-density. Polyethylene is strong, resistant to moisture and chemicals, and easy to process. Polyethylene is widely used in product packaging, construction, and agriculture

Plastic injection moulding is a complex process that can be prone to several defects. Some of the most common defects include short shots, air traps, and brittleness. Short shots occur when the mould cavity cannot be completely filled, which can be caused by low die temperature, uneven plasticization of raw materials, or insufficient liquidity of raw materials. To remedy this, more fluid materials can be used, the number of gates and runner size can be increased, and injection pressure and speed can be increased. Air traps occur when air is trapped in the cavity to create bubbles in the part, which can be caused by the air being unable to escape from the parting surface, the ram, or the vent when the two melt fronts meet. To remedy this, a vent can be added at the last filled place, the injection speed of the last stage can be reduced, and the mold temperature can be increased. Brittleness occurs when the plastic part is easily cracked or broken in some place, which can be caused by dry conditions, improper injection temperature setting, inappropriate gate and runner system settings, or low melting mark strength. To remedy this, the use of excessive recycled materials can be decreased, runner and gate sizes can be increased, and the temperature of the material closer to the melt point can be reduced 1.
