Overall, this housing estate will have some changes. All the current houses will be rebuilt into smaller types and relocated for better planning. Trees will be reduced and planted in specific places. There will be more space for longer road, parking lot, lake and a tennis court.

At the present, all the houses have four bedrooms and they are placed around the green area, some houses are near the private road, but some are not. Currently, there are no recreational place and no communal building in the area.

According to the recontruction plan, there will be more types of house, including 1, 2 and 3 bedroom houses. All the houses will be placed near the road which will be extended to the middle of the area. There are less trees, but more space for communal and amusing building, such as: lake, tennis court. A parking lot will also be added at the end of the housing estate.
