Early elementary is foundational, and supports the higher grades. If early elementary does not do our jobs effectively, then it complicates the job of the higher grades. Furthermore, leadership asks teachers to differentiate, but from observing the agenda for today, there is no differentiation planned for teachers by the district. Everything for k-5 is targeted for a 3rd grade classroom.
