At normal glance it’s just a laundry but digging deeper it hides a multi million dollar laboratory created to produce methanphetamine, this is where Walter and Jesse cook and produce products for Gus, the boss and leader of the organization.

Mike and Victor brought Walter to the laundry to kill him, since the way he cooks meth has been replicated by Gale- his replacement. Walter acts in a cowardly way and convinces them to call Jesse in order to track him, since Jesse has been missing and they need to dispose of him too. While I’m the call Walter warns Jesse and orders him to kill Gale, that way the meth process cannot be recreated and they would need him alive in order for the business to thrive. Mike and Victor point their guns at Walt seeking an explanation which Walt responded with the address of Gale, implying Gale will be dead and he has out maneuvered them.

Walter quickly says that he will have to kill Gale since they got him at the laundry and he’ll probably be killed.

Walt becomes completely calm and serious in an instant and says “Your boss is going to need me, 63 54 Juan Tabo apartment 6.” Which was the address of Gale, implying that Jesse was going to kill him and thus they couldn’t kill Walter.

Mike is completely caught off guard by this since he thought that Walter was just a Chemist and a sheep, and what he had in front of him was in fact a wolf disguised as one.

This is one of the beginnings of the series and just how intelligent and vile Walter gets as the series goes on. His manipulation skills and his genius to cause situations into his favor are unprecedented. And ends up making most of the characters if not all despise him because of the situation he puts them in, a genuinely genius character.
