I am really struggling to put my thoughts into words, but I will try anyway. Thank you. Thank you so much for your leadership, guidance and enthusiasm over the past nine months. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with you and feel fortunate to have been part of your team. I have been very impressed by your sense of the bigger picture and your ability to adapt to new situations and individual needs. I always felt both free and guided under your leadership, which I think is the ideal situation.

On a personal level, you always brought a lot of fun and a sense of ease to any situation. I will never forget the archery event. It was such a great day!

I hope your next chapter is fulfilling and fun. Any company or organisation would be lucky to have you. You will be greatly missed here.

I´m incredibly thankful and humbled to have been in your team and to have worked with you so closely for 2 years at RECUP. Your strong sense of responsibility, your holistic view on the big picture, your ability to comprehend the essence of what is needed, were only part of the skills what made you such an invaluable part of this company. You are an amazing team player and leader, always keen to keep everyone included and always looking out for everyone, always with a great sense of humor. I´ve been lucky to have had you as my teamlead for the whole time and was able to learn so much from you - both in a methodical and personal sense. You will be greatly missed here!

I wish for you that you find a new amazing challenge to tackle, a new great team to develop, new ideas to test and learn from, new experiences that make you realize how far you´ve come already and excite you about what else there is to do.

Thank you for the last 2 Years. It has been an absolute pleasure and we have all been fortunate to work with you in different ways. Your positive attitude was always uplifting and very important to keep set the mood for meetings. Your strategic thinking and leadership will be sorely missed and wherever you may go next, they are fortunate to have you on board. You accompanied me well during difficult times, eventhough we were kinda shuffled together, even more so I am grateful, that a friendship was the end result of it.

I wish you all the best for the future, a nice relaxing time with your family for now, i know you will make the best out of it.

first of all: Thanks for looking in the camera and putting on your most beautiful smile.

We met for the first time when RECUP and CF were still separate companies. I already appreciated the professional cooperation back then. Now the human component has been added, which is even more important.

I am really proud of how we all formed the team together and what we have achieved with the team in such a short time. You have always been a role model for me throughout this time and I have learnt a lot from you. Leading people, understanding where they are mentally and being even more empathetic are just one of the many things. 

Even though you unfortunately lost to me in archery and England didn't win the European Championship final, you never lost your sense of humour. Both good comparable defeats with equal importance. 

Even when you were stressed, you always had an open ear and I thank you for always communicating openly and honestly. I always appreciated our dialogue as equals. My opinion was always important to you and that means a lot to me.  

Thank you! I will miss all of that. I will miss you as a person.

to say that it has been a pleasure working with you over the last few years would be an enormous understatement for the journey and wild rollercoaster rides we have shared. Thank you for the joint hotel bar nightcaps and deep talks, for the sparring sessions, your empowering feedback, our synchronisation of thoughts and the ping-pong of ideas. With you one of my greatest sources of inspiration when it comes to empowering leadership, fairness and team play, strategic thinking, empathetic cooperation and a learning mindset is leaving RECUP. Thank you for your talent for holding and opening up space, for your clear view of the market and also of the team, for your ability to put complex situations into understandable words - and above all for your immense motivation to not only shape sustainable change but to drive it forward. I want to take a moment to thank you for everything over the past two years.

It was truly a pleasure to work with you, and I’m very grateful for all the experiences we shared. I’ll always look back fondly on our countless whiteboard sessions, the creative brainstorming, and, of course, the valuable sparring moments.

You weren’t just a leader, but also a great mentor and partner, always ready to offer support and encourage new ideas. For that, I am sincerely thankful. I’ve learned so much from you, and those lessons will stay with me.
